Hello and welcome...
It's a new challenge today at MAWTT and the theme is
'Things That Fly'
This is my contribution to the design team
This week we'd love to see your entries that feature things that fly: birds, butterflies, hot air balloons, planes, anything that can take flight!
Why not pop over to MAWTT Blog and see some great inspiration from my teamies to show how versatile a theme it really is
As the winner from a previous challenge did not claim Wendy will offer this stamp set by John Lockwood for a randomly chosen winner

This is a fantastic prize as John's stamps are a dream to work with
For my card I used a Clarity Balloon Stamp, and a smaller stamp from my stash, I stamped 3 balloons then masked them so that I could create the background

I used Distress Inks in several colours to create the sky and the grassed area
I used ProMarkers to colour all 3 balloons
I used StazOn Jet Black Ink to stamp the sentiment, also by Clarity Stamp

ReplyDeleteThank you for another very effective card - suitable for all ages.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant card June. I like making cards with Hot Air Ballons on. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteAh, this is a lovely card June! I’m glad you did a hot air balloon one. I wanted to do balloon one, but ran out of time, so I did the butterfly kit instead. I love the way you’ve used the inks to create the hills and sky - it looks really fab! You’ve coloured the balloons beautifully too!! :-)
ReplyDeleteHope you are keeping well
have a great weekend
Love Sue B xx
