Hello and welcome...
We're visiting Kefalonia with today's card!

I made a white, top folding,  8" square card and added a smaller layer of wisteria foundation card and a smaller layer of white card to the base card

I cut a piece of white card 12.5cm x 14cm and placed the 3rd and 6th die from the Kefalonia Die Set onto it, then die cut and embossed it

In my 'lilac scrap box' I found a darker and glittered piece of lilac card that was an ideal size for the white card I had just used and I adhered these together

I then die cut and embossed 4 corners in wisteria card using the corner tag, again from the Greek Island Collection and adhered them to the 4 corners of the main card

I stamped the sentiment onto more white card using an Onyx Black Versafine Ink Pad and one of the stamp sets by John Lockwood.  I covered this with a piece of double sided adhesive sheet and die cut and embossed it using the 2nd, 3rd and 4th die from the Kefalonia Die Set.  I die cut 2 more and glued them together

I sprayed the topper with a permanent adhesive and coated it with Glitter Jewels Diamond Snow, added mounting foam to the back and seated it to the centre of my card

I added a verse from the same stamp set as above, then used the bubble stamp, again from the same set, inked it with 'wilted violet' Distress Oxide Ink Pad and stamped a border around the verse

I also stamped the back and one side of the envelope

  1. Thanks for the instructions - I am going to have a go at this as I want a pretty card for my cousin's birthday. Not sure what colour to use with the white - 2 shades of pink would look good, but I like the purple/ lilac too!!! Decisions, decisions
